The The lifestyle of Whitefish, Montana quenches anyone’s thirst for adventure and opportunity. Whitefish is in a prime location to enjoy every aspect of nature with over 3 million acres as a playground. It is easy to spend summer months hiking miles in Glacier National Park or fishing for rising trout with dry flies. Daylight hours last until almost 11:00 p.m. in the summer which offers plenty of time for all types of recreational activities. The fall brings a wonderful time of year when the leaves start the change and the snow begins to paste the high country. Winter can bring heavy snow fall to the local Big Mountain Ski resort. It is here where you can gaze into the demanding peaks of Glacier National Park from the summit of Big Mountain and search for the untracked powder. Finally when spring arrives it is time to dust off the golf clubs, assemble the white water raft, and oil the chain on the mountain bike. Spring brings new life and it is always a wonderful precursor to the next three seasons here in Northwest Montana.
